The problem I want to solve is to attain coverage for fully immunized child to at least 90% within the first year of life. The other problems related to achieve this goal is lack of proper and supporting supervision. There are lack of ownership, commitments and motivation among the service providers. It is quite straightforward to increase the coverage up to a certain level.
